The Association's Board of Directors
The affairs of the Association are managed by a
Board of Directors. The
number and term of the Directors are provided in the
By-Laws of the Corporation currently
in effect and as amended or restated in the future. The Board of Directors
has adopted Rules and Regulations (Part
1: General and
Part 2: Architectural Procedures and Standards) that further clarify the
provisions of the
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
(CC&Rs).
The five-member Board of Directors meets monthly for about two hours with
only occasional special meetings. The Board oversees management of the
Association including setting budgets, approving projects to maintain and
improve the common areas, and other functions that preserve the integrity of
our community.
